Content Marketing Specialist (Tiktok)

We are looking for a TikTok-driven, trend-savvy, and sales-focused TikTok Marketing Specialist to lead strategy, content direction, and TikTok Shop growth for two fast-moving brands:
1.A mass-market supplement
2.Healthy food and snack products
You will work with creators, editors, and internal content teams to deliver high-performing TikTok content that builds awareness, drives engagement, and converts into real sales.

Responsibilities:
1. TikTok Strategy & Content Direction
Develop TikTok-first strategies for each brand
Ideate hooks, storytelling angles, scripts, concepts, and video formats for editors/creators to produce.
Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments — and adapt them quickly for brand content.
Plan weekly TikTok content calendars focused on awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Ensure content matches TikTok-native style: fast, relatable, aesthetic, humorous, trend-aligned.
2. TikTok Shop & Conversion Growth
Develop selling angles and video concepts optimized for TikTok Shop conversion (problem-solution, demo, testimonial).
Work closely with performance and e-commerce teams to boost CTR, CVR, and GMV.
Analyze conversion data and adjust content strategy based on what drives the most sales.
Create funnel-based strategies for awareness → intent → purchase on TikTok Shop.
3. Analytics & Insights
Track performance metrics (views, retention, engagement, CTR, CVR, GMV).
Identify high-performing formats and recommend what to scale.
Provide weekly reports with insights and clear recommended actions.
Stay updated on TikTok algorithm behavior, new features, and best practices.
4. Campaign Ideation & Coordination
Propose campaign ideas tailored to TikTok culture, seasonal trends, and Gen Z behavior.
Coordinate with Creative, Brand, and Performance teams to align messaging.
Support product launches, promotions, and creator waves with TikTok-first campaign concepts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience working specifically with TikTok for FMCG, food, beauty, or supplement brands.
Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and mass product market.
Strong ability to create ideas, hooks, and content directions that perform well on TikTok.
Experience working with TikTok creators and guiding production (without needing to shoot/edit).
Knowledge of TikTok Shop marketing, conversion techniques, and sales funnels.
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to read performance metrics.
Able to work quickly, adapt fast, and generate fresh ideas consistently.
