We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and proactive Event & Brand Activation Executive to build unique, memorable, and conversion-driven experiences for BEFITBALANCE and other brands under Be Fit For Life. This role is for someone who enjoys creating new concepts, designing event experiences, and bringing ideas to life — from brainstorming to full execution.

You will play a key part in building brand awareness through events and activities, while ensuring every event ultimately drives engagement, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Event Concept & Creative Development

  • Develop fresh, innovative, and on-trend event concepts that are unique and shareable.

  • Create full event themes including décor style, mood & tone, props, visual layout, and customer journey flow.

  • Propose engaging, memorable experiences that enhance brand awareness and emotional connection.

  • Build concepts with both virality and conversion in mind (awareness → participation → purchase).

2. Event Planning & Calendar Management

  • Create monthly/quarterly event calendars to maintain ongoing brand presence and community engagement.

  • Identify and recommend suitable venues (cafés, fitness studios, lifestyle spaces, outdoor locations, etc.).

  • Plan event activities that drive direct conversion (exclusive bundles, flash deals, sampling → purchase flows).

3. Vendor & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, decorators, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage event materials, props, signage, samples, and brand assets.

  • Oversee event setup, on-ground execution, guest registration, interaction, and teardown.

4. Creative & Content Collaboration

  • Work with Creative & Content teams to develop visuals, event promotion materials, and post-event content.

  • Prepare creative briefs for event-related social posts, newsletters, and brand communications.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Plan event budgets strategically to ensure cost efficiency and strong outcomes.

  • Handle quotations, vendor negotiations, invoicing coordination, and cost tracking.

6. Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Prepare comprehensive event reports including KPIs, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Track performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, content generated, and event-driven conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields.

  • 1–3 years of experience in event planning, brand activation, marketing coordination, or experience design (beauty, wellness, or FMCG is a plus).

  • Strong creative thinking — able to propose new concepts, themes, and ideas confidently.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and resourcefulness, especially during event setup/execution.
