Event & Brand Activation Executive
Location: Bangkok (Work from home + flexible time )

We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and proactive Event & Brand Activation Executive to build unique, memorable, and conversion-driven experiences for BEFITBALANCE and other brands under Be Fit For Life. This role is for someone who enjoys creating new concepts, designing event experiences, and bringing ideas to life — from brainstorming to full execution.
You will play a key part in building brand awareness through events and activities, while ensuring every event ultimately drives engagement, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Event Concept & Creative Development
Develop fresh, innovative, and on-trend event concepts that are unique and shareable.
Create full event themes including décor style, mood & tone, props, visual layout, and customer journey flow.
Propose engaging, memorable experiences that enhance brand awareness and emotional connection.
Build concepts with both virality and conversion in mind (awareness → participation → purchase).
2. Event Planning & Calendar Management
Create monthly/quarterly event calendars to maintain ongoing brand presence and community engagement.
Identify and recommend suitable venues (cafés, fitness studios, lifestyle spaces, outdoor locations, etc.).
Plan event activities that drive direct conversion (exclusive bundles, flash deals, sampling → purchase flows).
3. Vendor & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, decorators, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders.
Manage event materials, props, signage, samples, and brand assets.
Oversee event setup, on-ground execution, guest registration, interaction, and teardown.
4. Creative & Content Collaboration
Work with Creative & Content teams to develop visuals, event promotion materials, and post-event content.
Prepare creative briefs for event-related social posts, newsletters, and brand communications.
5. Budgeting & Cost Control
Plan event budgets strategically to ensure cost efficiency and strong outcomes.
Handle quotations, vendor negotiations, invoicing coordination, and cost tracking.
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
Prepare comprehensive event reports including KPIs, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Track performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, content generated, and event-driven conversion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in event planning, brand activation, marketing coordination, or experience design (beauty, wellness, or FMCG is a plus).
Strong creative thinking — able to propose new concepts, themes, and ideas confidently.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving ability and resourcefulness, especially during event setup/execution.
