Inventory & Supply Chain Executive

You will be responsible for end-to-end inventory control, stock planning, and warehouse coordination to ensure all products under Be Fit For Life Company are always available, accurate, and ready for distribution. This role works closely with Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Marketing, and Warehouse teams — with strong potential to grow into a Supply Chain Supervisor or Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update daily stock levels across all channels (online platforms, distributors, retail, and warehouse).

  • Track inbound & outbound movements, GRN, RTV, and stock adjustments with high accuracy.

  • Create and track purchase orders, production batches, and delivery timelines.

  • Prepare inventory reports (slow-moving, fast-moving, shortages, expiries, forecast gaps) for management review.

  • Coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers to ensure timely production and restocking.

  • Maintain SKU master data including shelf life, batch codes, and product status.

  • Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure efficient receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure on-time delivery and smooth order processing.

  • Troubleshoot operational issues such as missing stock, damaged goods, overstock, and system miscounts.

  • Support demand forecasting by analyzing sales trends, campaign plans, and seasonal patterns.

  • Update inventory across ERP/Excel trackers and ensure accuracy across all platforms.

  • Identify and improve internal processes to reduce discrepancies and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with E-Commerce and Modern Trade teams to ensure stock readiness for campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related fields.

  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse coordination, or supply chain roles (FMCG, supplements, or cosmetics experience is a plus).

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas) and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.

  • Highly detail-oriented, strong numerical ability, and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Fast learner, reliable, proactive, and able to work under time pressure.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Must have a driver’s license and be able to travel to the Ladkrabang warehouse weekly.
