Marketing Content Specialist

Location: Work from home based, with occasional office/on-site location arrangements and in-person team meetings when required.

We are looking for a trend-savvy, creative-thinker, story-driven Social Media Content Specialist to ideate and produce high-performing content for PLANT X and FIT Flavor.

This role focuses on creating mass-appeal storytelling content, including behind-the-scenes brand building, founder journey, and engaging lifestyle product contents. You will work closely with CEO, brand manager, creators, and internal teams to produce content that builds emotional connection, trust, and conversion.  Perfect for someone who understands how to turn real business moments into engaging stories. Responsibilities:

1. Story-Driven Content Ideation 

  • Develop social media content ideas that appeal to a mass audience through storytelling 

  • Create content following the CEO’s journey in building brands, working, decision-making, and daily operations 

  • Ideate series-based content (e.g., “Building a brand from zero,” “CEO day in life,” “Behind the business”) 

  • Turn real business situations into engaging narratives 

  • Create hooks, scripts, storylines, and episodic formats that encourage follow and retention 

2. Content Planning & Execution 

  • Plan monthly content calendar focused on storytelling, relatability, and audience connection 

  • Coordinate filming schedules with CEO and team 

  • Work with shooting and editing teams to execute content 

  • Direct creators and KOLs on storytelling style and messaging 

  • Ensure content feels authentic, human, and TikTok-native 

3. Light Editing & Content Enhancemen

  • Able to edit small content pieces when needed (CapCut / mobile editing) 

  • Add subtitles, hooks, storytelling pacing, and minor visual enhancements 

  • Optimize videos for retention and emotional engagement 

4. Trend & Culture Monitoring 

  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and storytelling styles 

  • Adapt trends into founder-led and brand-building content 

  • Identify opportunities for reactive storytelling 

5. Performance Optimization 

  • Monitor views, retention, engagement, and follower growth 

  • Identify which story formats perform best 

  • Recommend what content series to scale 

  • Use insights to refine storytelling strategy 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields 

  • 1–3 years of experience creating TikTok content 

  • Passionate, strong brand ownership

  • Strong storytelling ability for mass audiences 

  • Experience creating relatable, human-centered content 

  • Basic editing skills (CapCut or similar) 

  • Creative, fast, and trend-aware 

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Able to work closely with leadership and translate business moments into content 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
