We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to lead growth for PLANT X and FIT Flavor. In this role, you’ll shape and execute brand strategy, collaborate with media, influencers, and partners, and bring bold, high-impact campaigns to life. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for both online and offline

  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels

  • Plan and oversee events, promotions, and product launches

  • Collaborate with sales, content, digital, and design teams to ensure excellent marketing execution that aligns with brands

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics and analytics tools to optimize future strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.

  • Passionate, strong brand ownership

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Analytical mindset with experience using social media and e-commerce platforms

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for business reporting and performance analysis

  • Experience with effective communication in English

  • Creativity and problem-solving ability
