Production & Traffic Coordinator / Producer
Reports to: Social Media Manager
Location: Hybrid (WFH + On-site Shooting Location + Office at On-nut)
Job Purpose: The Production & Traffic Coordinator / Producer acts as the central hub connecting the commercial and video production teams. This role ensures all creative assets are delivered on time, meets quality standards, aligns with the project brief, and are successfully published across social media platforms.
Position Summary
We are looking for an FP&A Associate to support the Finance & Accounting function of the Be Fit Group.
This position will work closely with the Finance & Accounting Manager to support financial planning, budgeting, daily cash flow monitoring, management reporting, and Finance & Accounting operations across the Group.
The role will also coordinate closely with Business Units (BU) to monitor business performance, sales targets, and operational results to support management decision-making and improve overall reporting visibility.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow & Timeline Management: Act as the main point of contact between the commercial and video production teams; create, monitor, and manage daily production schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.
Quality Control & Feedback: Review all final creative assets and videos for accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with the initial brief before delivery; collect and consolidate feedback from stakeholders for the production team.
Social Media Publishing: Schedule and publish approved content and visual assets across various social media platforms according to the content calendar.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain the internal digital asset library, ensuring all final files are properly labeled, stored, and accessible.
Location & Shoot Coordination: Support end-to-end production logistics by sourcing and evaluating filming locations, negotiating with venues, coordinating bookings and permits, arranging on-site requirements, and acting as the primary coordinator during production days. Ensure all location, talent, equipment, and scheduling arrangements are executed efficiently to support high-quality content production.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in traffic management, project coordination, or production within an advertising agency or digital media environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with creative minds and production crews.
Familiarity with social media management tools and project management software (e.g., Trello, Jira) is a plus.
High attention to detail and a keen eye for visual and content accuracy.
