About The Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers across the business to deliver high-volume recruitment across Manager, and Associate-level positions. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for a recruiter who thrives on multitasking, candidate engagement, and seeing roles closed quickly. You will play a critical part in scaling our team during a key growth period in the health and wellness industry. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously across Manager, and Associate levels. 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and agree on hiring timelines. 

  • Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job boards (JobsDB, JobThai, etc.), referrals, social media, and talent communities. 

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/virtual interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates within agreed SLAs. 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. 

  • Maintain and update the recruitment trackers with accurate, real-time data. 

  • Conduct reference checks, prepare offer letters, and support pre-onboarding activities. 

  • Provide weekly hiring progress reports and pipeline updates to the HR Manager and stakeholders. 

  • Champion employer branding by ensuring consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey. 

  • Support ad-hoc HR projects as required. 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 

  • 3-4 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or with a recruitment agency. 

  • Prior exposure to health & wellness, FMCG, retail, tech, or start-up environments is a plus. 

  • Hands-on experience handling high-volume recruitment is highly preferred. 

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobsDB, JobThai, and Boolean search techniques. 

  • Confident leveraging AI tools to support sourcing, candidate screening, and day-to-day recruitment tasks; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Data-driven recruiter — able to analyze hiring metrics, spot bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel, and share insights that help shape sourcing and hiring strategies.

  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. 

Language Requirements

  • Thai — native or fluent (required). 

  • English — business-level proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
