KOL & PR Executive
Location: Bangkok Remote (Work from home 100% with flexible time)

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and strategic KOL & PR Executive to lead influencer collaborations, gifting programs, PR initiatives, and cross-brand partnerships for Be Fit For Life . This role requires someone who can propose fresh campaign ideas, and identify collaboration opportunities that strengthen brand positioning and drive real business results.
The ideal candidate understands digital culture, knows how to select the right KOLs, and can creatively develop campaigns, gifting concepts, and brand partnerships from idea to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and manage KOLs/creators across platforms for awareness, conversion, and storytelling.
Develop campaign directions, key messages, scripts, and talking points for influencers.
Recommend key products and angles to promote based on seasonality, trends, and brand priorities.
Handle outreach, negotiation, briefing, product sending, and final content approvals.
Identify and approach potential brand partners for co-branding, cross-promotions, and special launches.
Develop PR angles and campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
Write and distribute press releases, product updates, and media materials.
Propose campaign ideas, narratives, and hooks based on trends and brand strategy.
Collaborate with Creative, Event, Performance, and Product teams to ensure aligned messaging.
Ensure compliance with product claims and brand guidelines.
Track and report on KOL, PR, gifting, and partnership performance using clear KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or brand communications.
Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem and Thai media landscape.
Highly creative with the ability to propose strong campaign concepts, angles, and collaborations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.
Good writing skills for press releases, briefs, and campaign messaging.
Experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or FMCG brands is a plus.
