Job Title: Online Store Operation (E-commerce)

You’ll be working closely with the E-Commerce Key Account Manager to support daily operations, campaign execution, a great opportunity to grow into a full E-Commerce Executive role. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate online stores across multiple platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and LINE, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key e-commerce platforms and business partners.

  • Collaborate closely with platform account managers to plan, execute, and optimize online sales and marketing strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities such as Flash Sales, discount coupons, platform vouchers, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Manage product listings, including pricing strategy, product information updates, and listing optimization to improve visibility and conversion.

  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance using Excel or internal reporting systems.

  • Utilize e-commerce and analytics tools to monitor key performance metrics, providing regular insights and reports to the Brand Manager.

  • Apply data-driven insights to refine strategies and continuously improve online sales performance.

  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging promotional content and marketing materials.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and fulfilment teams to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery.

  • Provide professional customer service support, including responding to customer inquiries, managing reviews, and resolving post-sales issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or business

  • 1-2 year of experience in e-commerce and key account management

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok and Others Analytics Tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
