Performance Marketing Manager (Senior Level)

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who can independently lead, optimize, and scale paid advertising across all digital platforms. This role requires someone highly analytical, strategic, and hands-on — with the ability to drive measurable growth and improve campaign efficiency from day one.
You should be confident managing full-funnel media buying, allocating budgets effectively, and optimizing campaigns to deliver strong ROAS. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to convert sales, diagnose performance issues quickly, and implement solutions backed by data and experience.
Role Description:
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and e-commerce CPAS. You will work closely with the head of business to ensure our advertising strategy directly supports sales growth and business objectives.
This role is best suited for someone experienced, proactive, and able to make strategic decisions with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Media Buying & Optimization:
Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and CPAS.
Build and manage full-funnel structures (prospecting, retargeting, retention) for strong conversion results.
Allocate and manage monthly budgets effectively based on platform performance and campaign goals.
Identify performance declines early and implement actionable optimization strategies.
Continuously test and refine audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing pages.
Conversion & Revenue Growth:
Optimize for conversion, ROAS, and cost efficiency across all digital channels.
Improve customer acquisition cost (CPA/CAC) while scaling sales volume.
Enhance retargeting structures and customer journeys to boost repeat purchases and lifetime value.
Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure ads, product pages, and funnels support performance goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze performance across key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, CPM, MER).
Provide clear, insightful weekly reports with solutions-oriented recommendations.
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, ad copy, offers, and landing page variations.
Creative Collaboration:
Work with creative and content teams to develop effective performance-focused ads.
Provide briefs and insights on what types of creatives drive sales (UGC, static, video, testimonials).
Write compelling, conversion-driven ad copy aligned with platform best practices.
Qualifications:
6–10 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in e-commerce or related fields.
Proven track record of improving ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
Strong experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and CPAS for Shopee/Lazada.
Advanced analytical skills, with confidence in reading data, diagnosing issues, and making data-driven decisions.
Experience creating or directing high-performing ad creatives.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Experience in health, beauty, FMCG, or supplement categories — especially within mass-premium consumer products is a plus
