As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales Admin team, drive sales initiatives, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Sales Admin team, providing guidance and support.

  • Foster a high-performance culture, driving team motivation and productivity.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and KPIs.

  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches.

  • Monitor sales KPIs, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.

  • Implement corrective actions when necessary to address performance gaps.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Sales Admin team.

  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.

  • Provide feedback on marketing effectiveness based on sales insights.

  • Evaluate and optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Implement improvements to enhance the overall sales workflow.

  • Oversee customer interactions to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term relationships.

  • Address escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
