As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales Admin team, drive sales initiatives, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the Sales Admin team, providing guidance and support.
Foster a high-performance culture, driving team motivation and productivity.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and KPIs.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches.
Monitor sales KPIs, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
Implement corrective actions when necessary to address performance gaps.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Sales Admin team.
Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Provide feedback on marketing effectiveness based on sales insights.
Evaluate and optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement improvements to enhance the overall sales workflow.
Oversee customer interactions to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term relationships.
Address escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
