Senior Sales Associate (Online Sales Channels)

Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

Work Arrangement

  • Primarily Work from Home (WFH)

  • Face-to-Face (F2F) team meeting / onsite meeting once per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries across all online channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, LINE) accurately and promptly, in line with service standards.

  • Conduct quality control (QC) on admin/chat support responses and provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to improve service quality and sales conversion.

  • Follow up with customers via phone after purchase/service to collect satisfaction feedback, strengthen relationships, and drive service improvement.

  • Maintain and grow the existing customer base, and support new customer acquisition through high-quality consultation and service.

  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual and team sales targets (sales-driven, KPI-focused).

  • Close sales and recommend dietary supplement products through online channels, including tracking order status to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Prepare reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, and improvement suggestions, and share with the supervisor and relevant teams.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Strong maturity and emotional control, with professional customer communication skills.

  • Prior experience in team supervision/management is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge or strong interest in health and wellness, with willingness to learn and develop further.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and ability to handle pressure effectively.

  • Positive mindset, leadership potential, high sense of ownership, and strong teamwork skills.

  • Excellent Thai writing skills—clear, accurate, and appropriate for customer service.

  • Experience in sales/closing, or customer service roles with sales KPIs is highly preferred.
