หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:

ดูแลและตอบแชทลูกค้าทุกช่องทางของแบรนด์ (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, LINE)

โทรติดตามผลและสอบถามความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าหลังการสั่งซื้อ

ดูแลลูกค้าเก่า และช่วยขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่

โฟกัสยอดขาย ทำยอดของตัวเองและทีมให้ถึงเป้าหมาย

ปิดการขายสินค้าอาหารเสริมออนไลน์ และติดตามงานให้ลูกค้าได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดี

สรุป Feedback จากลูกค้า เพื่อนำไปพัฒนายอดขายของทีมQualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Strong maturity and emotional control, with professional customer communication skills.

  • Prior experience in team supervision/management is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge or strong interest in health and wellness, with willingness to learn and develop further.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and ability to handle pressure effectively.

  • Positive mindset, leadership potential, high sense of ownership, and strong teamwork skills.

  • Excellent Thai writing skills—clear, accurate, and appropriate for customer service.

  • Experience in sales/closing, or customer service roles with sales KPIs is highly preferred.
