Social Media Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Hybrid (WFH + Office/Onsite Location)

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager is the end-to-end owner of the content engine across all Be Fit with Jess accounts. This is a senior, hands-on team lead role, not a desk-bound position. You will translate strategic direction into content that grows and converts the owned audience, while managing a lean production team of editors and a designer.

You own the full content calendar, production management, community, and funnel accountability across 4 sub-brands and 5 platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Podcast).

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

•     Translate monthly brand priorities into a full content calendar across 4 sub-brands and 5 platforms

•     Maintain the calendar at least 2 weeks ahead at all times; brief and traffic work to the team

•     Analyse platform trends, competitor activity, and audience insight to proactively propose new content directions

Production Management

•     Direct and shoot content on location; this role is production-capable, not desk-bound

•     Manage the team day-to-day: 2 video editors and 1 graphic designer

•     Review all content against brief before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency

•     Own production of statics, carousels, thumbnails, and video across all platforms

Publishing & Community

•     Schedule and publish across all platforms

•     Own community management: comments, DMs, and inbox

•     Surface audience insights and brand signals for strategy input

Performance & Optimisation

•     Deliver a weekly performance read: what worked, what didn’t, and what changes next

•     Propose and test new content formats or experiments each month

•     Track organic social-driven LINE OA adds and app installs as primary commercial indicators

Team Leadership

•     Execute the monthly plan with a high degree of independence

•     Performance-manage editors and designer against clear output standards

•     Document content frameworks to ensure the system is not person-dependent

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years in social media management, content marketing, or digital media with proven ownership of a multi-platform content calendar

  • Fluent Bilingual (Thai / English); possessing excellent communication skills with the ability to brief and caption flawlessly in both languages.

  • Hands-on production capability: comfortable directing and shooting on location

  • Deep platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube; understands algorithm mechanics, not just how to post

  • People management experience: has managed or directed junior creatives or editors

  • Analytical: reads platform data, draws insight, and adjusts strategy

  • Self-starting and independent: operates on direction, escalates the right things, and solves the rest

  • Bilingual (Thai / English); able to brief and caption in both languages

Preferred

•     Background in wellness, fitness, health, or lifestyle content

•     Experience managing multi-brand or multi-account social presence simultaneously

•     Familiarity with LINE OA, podcast production workflows, or YouTube long-form content

•     Basic understanding of performance marketing mechanics (Meta / TikTok Ads)

•     Experience working with or directing scriptwriters / caption writers

Deliverables

•     Monthly content calendar maintained at least 2 weeks ahead, briefed across the team

•     Weekly performance read: what moved, what didn’t, what changes next

•     Monthly scorecard review with experiment learnings documented

•     Consistent team output: editors and designer meeting weekly targets and deadlines

•     Documented content frameworks in partnership with the scriptwriter

KPIs

•     Content delivery vs. committed monthly plan

•     Follower and subscriber growth across IG, TikTok, and YouTube

•     Engagement rate and Save + Share rate (IG & TikTok)

•     Organic social-driven LINE OA adds and app installs

•     Content quality: passing brief without rework

•     Proactivity: new content formats proposed and tested each month
