Social Media Manager

Job Type: Full-time 

Location: Bangkok / Remote 

The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing social media activities to drive brand awareness, engagement, and support business objectives. This role works closely with internal teams and reports performance to the line manager.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage monthly and weekly content calendars  

  • Coordinate content production with internal teams (Content, Design, Video)  

  • Oversee publishing across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)  

  • Monitor and analyze content performance, and prepare reports  

  • Optimize content strategy based on data and insights  

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support campaigns  

  • Stay updated on social media trends and apply them effectively

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing  

  • Strong understanding of key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and ability to select appropriate content formats  

  • Ability to plan content and manage content calendars in a structured and organized manner  

  • Strong skills in writing captions, creating hooks, and defining content direction  

  • Ability to analyze content performance and extract insights for optimization  

  • Strong collaboration skills with Content Creators, Editors, Ads team, and cross-functional teams  

  • Good communication and coordination skills  

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment  

  • High level of responsibility with strong time management skills  

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in Beauty, Lifestyle, or Wellness industry  

    • Strong understanding of short-form video content, especially on TikTok  

    • Basic knowledge of Performance Marketing (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads)  

    • Experience working with Influencers / KOLs  

    • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics)  

    • Strong trend awareness and ability to generate creative ideas consistently
