TikTok Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly driven, revenue-focused TikTok Growth Marketing Manager to lead strategy, team building, affiliate programs, KOL partnerships, and TikTok Shop expansion for two fast-growing brands:
• A mass-market supplement brand
• Healthy food and snack products
This role owns the entire TikTok growth engine — from affiliate scaling and creator partnerships to Live commerce and GMV acceleration — turning TikTok into a core revenue channel.
Perfect for someone who understands TikTok culture, performance marketing, and social commerce, and knows how to scale GMV through creators, affiliates, and Live selling.
Leadership & Team Building Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to build and lead your own TikTok-focused team.
You will have the authority to propose and recruit key team members (e.g., TikTok Live Specialist, Affiliate Executive, Content Support) in alignment with the Head of Business Unit.
As the channel scales, you will play a central role in shaping the TikTok department structure and long-term growth strategy.
Responsibilities
1. TikTok Growth Strategy & Team Building
Develop and execute TikTok growth strategy focused on GMV, not just views
Build and manage TikTok-focused team (content, creators, affiliates, live operations)
Create scalable processes for content production, creator onboarding, and campaign launches
Identify growth opportunities across TikTok Shop, affiliates, KOLs, and Live
2. Affiliate & Creator Program
Build and scale TikTok Affiliate Program
Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok creators and affiliates
Develop incentive structures and commission strategies
Identify high-performing creators and scale partnerships
Manage creator campaigns and product seeding
3. KOL & Campaign Management
Plan and execute KOL campaigns for product launches and promotions
Negotiate collaborations and deliverables
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment
Track KOL performance and ROI
4. TikTok Live Commerce
Develop TikTok Live selling strategy
Identify and manage Live hosts / KOLs
Plan Live schedules, scripts, selling angles, and promotions
Optimize Live performance for conversion and GMV
5. TikTok Shop Growth & Performance
Drive sales growth through TikTok Shop
Work closely with e-commerce and performance teams
Analyze GMV, CTR, CVR, affiliate performance, and ROI
Optimize strategy based on data
6. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor growth metrics (GMV, conversion rate, affiliate revenue, Live performance)
Provide weekly reports with insights and action plans
Stay updated on TikTok algorithm, Shop features, and Live trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
2–5 years of experience in TikTok marketing and affiliate programs
Proven experience scaling TikTok Shop or social commerce revenue
Experience managing creators, KOLs, or affiliate programs
Strong understanding of TikTok Live selling
Data-driven with strong analytical skills
Leadership ability to build and manage a team
Fast-moving, proactive, and results-oriented
