TikTok Live Specialist

Job Type: Full-time / Part time

Location: Based at the studio or office, with work-from-home arrangements available upon agreement.

Working Time: Flexible schedule depending on live sessions (including evenings or weekends when required)

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented TikTok Live Specialist to manage KOL live scheduling, deal coordination, pricing setup, and operational execution for two fast-growing brands:

• A mass-market supplement brand
• Healthy food and snack products

This role plays a critical part in driving TikTok Shop revenue through KOL live sessions and ensuring every live runs smoothly — from pricing and stock setup to real-time coordination.

Perfect for someone who understands TikTok Live commerce and can manage multiple moving parts under pressure.

Responsibilities

1. KOL Live Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule TikTok Live sessions with KOLs and affiliates

  • Coordinate availability, product focus, and campaign timing

  • Maintain structured live calendar

  • Brief KOLs on product focus, selling angles, and promotions

  • Stay in communication before, during, and after live sessions

2. KOL Deal & Commercial Coordination

  • Coordinate commercial terms (commission, flat fee, bundles)

  • Prepare deal confirmations and deliverable tracking

  • Maintain relationships with high-performing KOLs

  • Track payout and performance

3. Flash Sale (FS) & Pricing Setup

  • Set up Flash Sale pricing in TikTok Shop

  • Align pricing strategy with campaign and GMV targets

  • Configure bundles, vouchers, and discount structures

  • Ensure pricing accuracy before every live session

4. Stock & Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels for live products

  • Coordinate with warehouse / operations team

  • Prevent stock-out or overselling

  • Track stock movement after live

5. Live Monitoring & Reporting

  • Be on standby during live sessions to support KOLs

  • Monitor performance metrics (GMV, viewers, CTR, CVR)

  • Prepare post-live reports and improvement plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fields

  • 1–3 years of experience in TikTok Shop or Live commerce

  • Experience working with KOLs

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working flexible hours based on live schedules

  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

  • Data-driven mindset
